SESSIONS ARE $175, AND INCLUDE:

• A 1:1 private planning appointment where we’ll plan your dream photo session.

• 90min photo session for up to two pets from the same household (choice of studio or outdoor session).

• A ‘Viewing & ordering appointment’ at our Studio, (or online via video call), to select and purchase your favourite images, and design artwork.

• A complimentary 5x7in matted print of your favourite image - OR - swap your print and receive $100 credit to use towards products, artwork, or digital file packages from your session.

Please note - No additional images or artwork is included, beyond what is outlined above. Our product prices start at $395.

Sessions dates & times - We hold our outdoor sessions on Saturdays & Sundays - generally in the late afternoon/evenings. During daylight savings, additional timeslots are opened up including some weekday-evening sessions. Our studio sessions are available on weeknights, and weekends (morning through to evening).

I carefully monitor weather forecasts in the lead up to each session (across six separate weather apps!). If the forecast shows poor weather is likely to affect our session, I will reach out prior to your session, to discuss the possibility of rescheduling.

Overcast weather can actually provide beautiful, soft, and even light - However if the cloud cover exceeds 60 per cent, I will generally recommend rescheduling.

Heat
Australia is renowned for its glorious sunshine, but excessively warm weather can pose risks to both humans and pets. As a general rule, if the forecast predicts temperatures exceeding 32°C for outdoor sessions, it will need to reschedule. This minimises the risk of burnt paw pads and heatstroke.

• Appointments are designed to be fun, easy and low-pressure. You decide how much to spend and what to order.

• Most of our clients invest around $950 -1,800 although some may spend more, or less.

• We welcome all budgets and offer a range of flexible payment options including:
  - pay in full (via bank transfer, visa or MasterCard, PayID, cash) - OR - our interest-free payment plans through payright. including interest-free payment plans (3, 6 or 12 month plans available).

• Digital file packages - starting at $1,395 High resolution digital files available in sets of 5, 10, 15, 20 or all final images.

• Wall art - Starting at $575
  Available in a range of sizes, 12×18 inches up to 40×60 inches. Choose from a range of finishes - traditional framed art print or (framed or unframed) wood, metal, or canvas prints.

• Artwork & digital file packages starting from $2,115 - For those looking to get the best of both worlds, our packages offer a combination of artwork and digital files! We have three packages on offer!

For physical products & Artwork, between 4 - 6 weeks from your order being placed, following your ordering appointment.

Turn-around times may be slightly more or less depending on the items order, size of order, and turn-around times of our professional print lab and postal services.

Currently, all artwork is sent to us directly, so that we can ensure it is looking perfect before it is sent home to you. Larger artwork is collected from our Viewbank studio, whilst smaller items can either be collected or posted (depending on your preference).

Digital file orders are delivered via a private online gallery, generally 3 weeks following your ordering appointment.

Planning appointment - The first step in your pet photography experience - a fun chat designed to get to know you and your pet(s), what they like/dislike, how best to work with them, and your goals for your session and images.

Photo session - Generally takes place several weeks after your planning appointment. Photo sessions run for approx. 90 mins.

Viewing & Ordering appointment - In the weeks following your session, we will go through all your images and carefully edit and retouch your final gallery of images. Most galleries consist of between 25-40 images. We love presenting images that are are as close as possible to the end results so you can choose with confidence but to do this well takes time therefore viewing and ordering appointments generally occur 6-8 weeks following your photo session. Viewing appointments are held either online or in-person at our Viewbank studio (depending on your preference). We’ll go through your gallery together, and chat about your goals / how you’d like to enjoy your images.
